Thank you for shopping at sandgoons.com. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Order Processing
All Sandgoons products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2-5 business days. Production does not occur on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, production may take additional time. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
Domestic Shipping — United States Only
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Once your order has been produced, estimated delivery is 5-8 business days within the continental United States.
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Standard Shipping: $6.95
- Free Shipping on orders of $75.00 or more — applied automatically at checkout based on pre-tax, pre-discount order subtotal
Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is 8-14 business days, accounting for both production and transit time.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.
Damages & Lost Packages
We want you to love your order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sandgoons.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not contact the carrier directly — we handle all shipping issues on your behalf.
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error contact us immediately at hello@sandgoons.com — changes can only be made before your order enters production.
